We customize our baskets for our clients. Often we add your own promotional items to the basket and you can also order, customize and store your promotional items to be added as needed to your baskets.
We use practical containers that can be re-used while saving you both time and stress by doing the shopping for you. We use cello wrapping that is bio-degradable and re-cycled shreds to save our environment.

Do you provide International delivery?
Each international order is treated on a case-by-case basis as shipping costs are very expensive.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us and we will give you a return authorization number. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items.
What is your returns policy?
We do our utmost to deliver as promised. Since 1999 when we began our company, we have not had any items returned. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will try and find a way to ensure that you are happy with the product and service.
How do I track my order?
Once we ship out your order, we will e-mail you the tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.
How can I contact your couriers?
Some companies have great rates with their couriers if you wish we can arrange to use your own courier. Just contact your courier to arrange a pick up from our location.
What are your delivery options?
We use Canada Post or the least expensive courier option.
